Zempplates offers a curated collection of ready-to-use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript templates and UI elements. These digital assets are designed for integration into personal or commercial web projects and are accessible through two pricing models.

Pricing & Access

We offer two simple access options:

• Current Library – $19 (one-time payment)
  Grants access to all templates available at the time of purchase. Ideal for quick projects or one-time use.

• Full Access – $89 (yearly payment)
  Includes access to all current and future templates, with regular monthly additions and updates.

Upon successful payment, users receive immediate access to the selected library.

License & Permitted Use

By purchasing our templates, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products in the following ways:

• For personal websites and web projects

• For commercial use in client websites and projects

You are permitted to:

• Modify and adapt the templates to fit your needs

• Use the code as part of websites you build for yourself or your clients

You are not permitted to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the templates or any part thereof, even if modified

• Use the templates to create other templates, themes, or design systems for sale

• Share your access or download links with others

Zempplates reserves the right to take legal action in the event of a violation of these license terms.

Payment & Delivery

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Once the transaction is complete, you will be granted immediate access to your selected plan’s contents. Access instructions will be provided via email or user dashboard.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of source code, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We encourage users to test our product experience by trying out a limited set of free templates available on our website before purchasing a plan.

Updates & New Releases

Users with an active Full Access plan will receive ongoing updates and newly released templates for the duration of their subscription.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or discontinue any individual template at any time, especially in cases where technology standards evolve or quality improvements are necessary.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All templates, components, and related assets remain the intellectual property of Zempplates. Purchasing a plan grants you a limited license for usage, not ownership of the product or codebase.

Zempplates retains the right to enforce this license and investigate any suspected misuse.

Limitation of Liability

Zempplates provides all templates “as is” and does not guarantee that they will function without error in all environments. Compatibility may vary depending on your tech stack, existing themes, or third-party scripts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zempplates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product changes, legal updates, or service improvements. You will be notified of material changes via our website. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
